For most engagements, we request a set-up fee or half up front. While this can be waived in certain special circumstances, we truly believe that our clients need to have “skin in the game” to make the process work, and to honestly want to act on the insights we gather.

We recommend starting with either our Market Clarity Sprint, or with a simply messaging exercise. These are designed to affordable for small business who are nevertheless serious about getting their marketing started.

Technically no, but we an discuss a payment plan to spread out payments over a reasonable time frame.

To date, we have not had a client who hasn’t learned something of value from our engagement (or at least validated something they already knew). But if you are truly dissatisfied, we will walk through the results with you and help you brainstorm how they can be applied.
