Yes. We can run messaging and tone workshops, coordinate listening sessions, and conduct customer surveys. We can then apply what we learn across your GTN strategy; through our sister company, Words Have Impact, we can help devise website copy, sales collateral, and even put together a comprehensive content strategy.

Our insight sprints typically take 2–3 weeks from kickoff to delivery, depending on how quickly interviews can be scheduled. Our more in-depth process requires 10-12 interviews or more, and so can take 2-3 months.

Our deep dives are billed on a sliding scale based on the size of your company. We charge a $2000 setup fee plus 1% of revenue. So, if you do $1 million in sales a year, your cost would be $12,000.
